  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the provider’s policy and may take 7–14 business days.

  • Trivel reserves the right to charge cancellation or administrative fees.

3. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health requirements for your destination.

  • Trivel is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for unforeseen events (trip delays, medical emergencies, etc.).

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Modifications (dates, names, destinations) are subject to availability and may incur fees.

  • No changes are guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Trivel.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • Trivel acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

  • We are not liable for accidents, losses, or disruptions caused by suppliers, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • Clients assume all risks associated with travel, including health and safety.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, images, logos) on Trivel’s website is proprietary and protected by copyright.

  • Unauthorized use, scraping, or reproduction is prohibited.
